Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auto Lineage, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the platform.

Platform Purpose

Auto Lineage provides a structured platform for documenting vehicle histories through vehicle records, lineage entries, collections, and event participation. The platform is designed to preserve and connect the evolving stories of culturally significant vehicles over time.

User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for any activity conducted through their account.

User Content

Users may submit vehicle information, lineage entries, images, videos, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Auto Lineage a non-exclusive license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating, promoting, and improving the platform.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they submit and that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

Vehicle Management

The platform may allow users to manage specific vehicles within Auto Lineage. Managing a vehicle does not constitute legal ownership of the vehicle and is intended only to manage certain vehicle-level features within the platform.

Events, Organizers, and Payments

Auto Lineage provides tools for event organizers to create, manage, promote, and accept registrations for events through the platform.

Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including event operations, event policies, communications, admission decisions, cancellations, postponements, refunds, and disputes relating to their events.

Auto Lineage facilitates registration processing, payment processing, and organizer payouts through third-party payment providers. Auto Lineage is not the organizer, operator, promoter, or sponsor of events unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refund eligibility, event-specific policies, and event-related disputes may be determined by the applicable organizer and are subject to the organizer's published policies and applicable law.

Subscriptions and Paid Features

Certain features may require a paid subscription or payment of event registration fees. Billing and payment processing are handled by third-party payment providers. Pricing, features, fees, and subscription offerings may change over time.

Acceptable Use

Users may not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content. Auto Lineage reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts if these terms are violated or if platform integrity may be affected.

Platform Availability

Auto Lineage may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. While we strive to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

Auto Lineage provides the platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Lineage LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the platform, event participation, organizer conduct, payment disputes, or reliance on information contained within vehicle records or lineage entries.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
